Summary/Highlights

New Horizons Computer Learning Center of South Dakota provides classroom and on-line instruction in IT, healthcare and administrative disciplines.  Following an acquisition, New Horizons wanted to develop a long-range growth plan and establish the company as the premier technology learning destination in the upper Midwest.

Helping New Horizons plan for the future

New Horizons identified a need for long range strategic planning to help define new growth opportunities and better ways to connect with current customers. They identified 3 primary goals:
